• Please check carefully whether all of these Directives apply to your product - if not, remove the relevant Directive(s). This declaration is based on a toy, including a remote control and fitted with batteries. RoHS II may therefore also apply to this. If it concerns a toy in which electricity/electronics do not play a role, your declaration will probably suffice by only mentioning the Toys Directive. If the product operates on low voltage (excl. batteries), the Low Voltage Directive must be mentioned.
