E-Learning: Inspection of electrical equipment - NEN 3140

In this course you will learn how electrical appliances, machines and extension cables should be inspected according to NEN 3140. The course is practical in design and with the help of photos and videos we teach you how to perform the inspections. The inspection report that is included in the course is also discussed during the course. This can be found in the downloads where the teaching material is also located that can be used as a reference. So you do not have to order this separately.

You can start the course immediately (after payment).

The study load is 3 to 4 hours.

Program:

• Occupational Health and Safety Act, EN 50110-1 and NEN 3140
• Difference between Class I and II equipment
• The visual inspection
• An explanation with photos for each inspection point
• Explanation of the measurements, what do we measure?
• Performing the measurements
• Approval and rejection criteria
• Completing the inspection report

The course is completed with a certificate.
