Transfer form responsibility NEN 3140

If you transfer (parts of) work that falls under NEN 3140 to another party, for example during a major project, you can use this document to determine exactly who is responsible for what in order to avoid surprises afterwards.

This form is often used for larger projects where parts of your responsibility are transferred.

The form consists of 2 parts. In part 1 the transfer of specified responsibilities takes place and part 2 is used at delivery where the responsibility is taken back.
